Not the phone.. we have 5 phones on our plan, all different phones and none of us has service. We have had Verizon wireless for 10 years.. just within the past few months we have NO SERVICE.. in our house or our in yard. Verizon told me today that they cannot guarantee service "inside" the home. Convenient! Now they want me to pay $250.00 for an antenna to boost my service.. I cannot cancel my service without high penalty fees and I no longer have a land line..

As you cross "Woodbury Flats" on Route 103 from Contoocook village to Hopkinton village the service disappears. After stopping at the Intersection of Route 103 and Route 202 in the center of Hopkinton Village service is non-existent. Irish Hill blocks all cell signals and it is impossible to get a signal, service or even a hope of using E-911. Service changes to very poor as you continue East on Route 202 (Hopkinton Road) into the City of Concord. From the Hopkinton-Concord line to the Concord Hospital, service is hit or miss. If you utilize Interstate 89 instead of these secondary routes you will discover poor to no reception from Exit 5 to exit 3 in both the North and southbound lanes.

The best place to get reception in Hopkinton is half way across the dyke at Elm Brook Park! There is very little between Hopkinton and Concord and none on 202 / 9 until Brattleboro, VT.

Besides at my house and all over my town I have a lot of areas it drops out of its ridiculous!
