Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola, Samsung	Sometimes my Motorola phone says it has 2 bars, but still won't make an outgoing calls. Incoming calls will ring, but will drop almost immediately. Sometimes I can hear the caller, but they can almost never hear me. The Samsung Flipshot doesn't even ring, won't make outgoing calls, and spends most of it's time searching for signal and killing the battery.
