By using a network extender bought from Verizon, I have been able to increase my reception to 1-2 bars of coverage on rare occasions instead of 0-1 bar. Calls always dropped, text messages missed. Hanover for the most part has terrible coverage and Verizon is the best of a bad lot.Was this review helpful to you?
I feel like a don't have a phone at all. We usually get between No Service and 2 bars of signal. It is horrible. The worst part is that we are in monthly plan and have to pay a huge amount of money to cancel our plans even though the issues we are having are not under our control. My husband has complained already and they did not solve our problem. We are wasting a lot of money. Was this review helpful to you?

Record length for a call so far is 10 minutes 3 seconds. Verizon is absolutely dreadfull! Undoubtedly the worst provider I have ever used. Was this review helpful to you?
It was like not having a phone at all. Nothing. Not even the occasional one bar here and there. Was this review helpful to you?
Much better than old Verizon Samsung phone. Service in buildings and on Dartmouth campus / hanover area with no problems avg. 4-5 barsWas this review helpful to you?
Cingular suffers from many sudden dropped calls and variable coverage that makes no sense -- from five bars to zero seemingly at random. Also, what on earth does "conditional divert" mean? Was this review helpful to you?
CellularOne which is Unicel is the worst of the services I've had in new England. Dropped calls, poor signals. Was this review helpful to you?
Have Sprint plan (via Virgin). Zero reception at home. Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible! If you are on Dartmouth campus outside, the phone works great. In any building, however you will have little or no service. I know this is normally the case with going inside, but I'm referring to buildings within 100 yds of the tower. Was this review helpful to you?
