AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: AT&T F160	AT&T wireless. From Jan 2007 until April 2011 I had nearly perfect service. In the spring, something happened that caused every call, outgoing and incoming, to be dropped. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T. Mostly, I was given scripted answers. They upgraded my SIM card for free. I upgraded my phone... .but still the same problem. A clerk at the ATT store in Brattleboro VT told me that changes were made in the tower and he has received the same complaint from many others. He said that he was told that the problem would be fixed by September. We'll see. The signal bars on my phone change from full to none every few seconds.
