My phone usually get 3-4 bars at home and about the same outside. The only problem I seem to have though is as I travel around Nashua I do get many dropped calls. I've come to learn that I will most definitely loose my call as I take exit 1 Spit Brook off of Route 3. It never fails. I grown accustomed to this I guess. As I head toward Spit Brook, I usually end my calls and wait until I am past Spit Brook before I make another call. I don't think my reception in Nashua would be as good if I had anything other than this W600i phone from Sony Ericsson. I don't really know what is special about it but everyone else I know in the area gets very bad reception using Att&t

Since Oct 1, I've had 1-2 bars at best IN MY HOME! Apple gave me a new phone, thinking it was that... NOT! It's the reception in my home! WTH! It's been perfect until a few weeks ago, after 2 hours at Apple and 3 hours with AT&T they told me "Oh, one of our towers has been down but it's saying it's up now"... WTH, I wouldn't have wasted 5 hours had they told me that from the beginning! I have 2 trouble tickets logged, but any suggestions in the meantime? Get Verizon is one of them!

Up until recently had decent signal. Nearest Sprint tower is just down the street. A couple weeks ago tried to call into work only to get a canned message about "code or number incorrect". Unable to dial out most of the day. Service came back and all seemed well until It started again. Watching the phone repeatedly get three bars, drop to no bars with weak signal, then loses it altogether.Same pattern repeats as though it is finding the tower and getting kicked off. If I drive a couple miles away, everything comes back and remains stable. My roommate is a normal Sprint customer and has been getting the message frequently since this started over 24 hours ago. I would think if the tower was down it wouldn't even attempt a handshake, but that appears to be what it is ATTEMPTING to do without success. Much like a wireless home network with the wrong password would do.
