Verizon 0 Out of 5	Used to have US Cellular, and switched to Verizon Wireless as it was "so much better"... Well.. its not. Where I used to call husband on Salisbury Rd, now he has to go quite a distance in vehicle before we have reception.. You'd think with such a big company, they could do something about it. very disappointed thus far.

Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V265	I have been having proplems for more than a year now. I have been to the Concord, NH Verizon office and they tell me there are no known problems all the while, a known problem is standing in front of them. Not just the first time either. I have been a customer since 1988 ( Bell Atlantic) back before Verizon took over. Do they seem like they care about my problem, I don't think so. Maybe time for a change. WAKE UP VERIZON !
