We get very poor reception when we are at the house it goes from no service to one bar but won't go higher. Would love a Verizon tower down here in Winchester.

Very poor reception as soon as I go over Manning Hill heading south on Route 10. I have to roam to a MA Verizon tower and that costs me roaming minutes. Have heard that there is a US Cellular tower going up on Gunn Mountain which should help.

Winchester Sucks. So do all the Networks. We have an old, 150ft Ex-TV Tower on Scofield Mountain but the Cell Phone Companies are not using it. I think Winchester NH is worse than the Middle Ages.

It would be nice to get some service for Police and Fire and a little road service. It's about time you took Winchester out of the dark ages.

Winchester is the cellular void of this area. I have yet to find a carrier that supports this area.

Richmond, NH is generally a dead zone for all carriers. Occasionally, while out walking, we find a spot (never more than about 15 feet in diameter, and never in the same place twice that picks up enough of a signal to make a brief (5 minutes or so) call (3 bars at most). In general, Richmond is a great place to go to become "out-of-touch" with the incessant demands of our 24 / 7 world.
