Verizon store personnel test my phone and say it is perfect and that no new phone will improve service in a known crappy reception area. Verizon finally connected to an AT and T tower a mile from me, and for two weeks I had superb service. Then they "tuned" it down, and I'm back to where I started-- rarely can make a call, receive a call, or not be cut off. And anyone calling from a Verizon Cell phone to my land line gets cut off at some point, no matter where they are calling from. Verizon's network is like a piece of swiss cheese and needs major improvement. And how, going by their new TV commercials can we get service with Verizon in a dead zone like half a mile from me? Dead is dead, no matter what or who you are.

Used to get excellent reception her, but this summer, it dropped to one or two bars when I was in my house. I had to go outside to the front of my house to not experience dropped calls. I thought it was leaf cover that interfered, but it's no better now that winter has arrived.
