In or outside my house, 1-2 bars. Walk 50 feet in either direction, 4-5 bars. Go up one floor IN the house, 3-4 bars. Very spotty. This is with the Sony Ericsson Z525A which outperformed my Motorola and LG. There is some strong interference in this area since moving a short distance will yield far better results. I am on Cingular, but this problem exists with Verizon as well.

Works Great!

As of the last few weeks I get little to no reception in Basking Ridge. There are a few areas of my home where I get 1 or 2 bars but thats it and I have to stand in the same spot when I call or it drops off. I used to get good reception here.

AT&T reception was bad but since merge is 4x's better. Of course its better in a room with windows but I can get to a different floor without losing a call in the stairwell. I'm Happy.

Thought reception with ATT would get better with Cingular merger but can't use the phone from home. It is too unreliable.

T-Mobile reception up and down the 287 Cooridoor is horrible, many many dropped calls. Switched to Cingular, not prefect but much better.
