In or outside my house, 1-2 bars. Walk 50 feet in either direction, 4-5 bars. Go up one floor IN the house, 3-4 bars. Very spotty. This is with the Sony Ericsson Z525A which outperformed my Motorola and LG. There is some strong interference in this area since moving a short distance will yield far better results. I am on Cingular, but this problem exists with Verizon as well.

AT&T reception was bad but since merge is 4x's better. Of course its better in a room with windows but I can get to a different floor without losing a call in the stairwell. I'm Happy.
