	There is a known issue in the area according to VZW. They offered me an extender for $249 I told them to pound salt and I would take the other option to cancel without paying the ETF. Then they called in a few days and I chewed them down to $50. So far so good with the extender.

	my phone usually receives calls, but I have to run to a window if I want to hear the person on the line. sometimes, I get no texts / emails for a while, and then all of I sudden i'll get 20 at the same time (my phone must've grasped onto the one bit of reception) reception is great outside, maybe it's just my house (I live on the first floor), but it's terrible not having reception at home. T-Mobile and AT&T have full strength inside the house.

	T-mobile has to be the worst provider around here, no signal indoors. 1-2 bars outside, a lot of dropped calls.

	While others are able to speak in elevators and stair wells, I cannot. The phone receives everwhere except in these places and in one small part of Jersey City at Kennedy Boulevard and Neptune Avenue for about 4 blocks.
