Since about 3 weeks ago, we no longer get Cingular reception in our house. We've called them up numerous times and they said it must be our phones, but as soon as we get out of our house, the phones work great. Its just as soon as we step in the house we no longer get service. Now, we've always had service in our house and then one night it just dropped off. I'm very dissapointed in Cingular because they've done nothing to help us; instead they've just told us that their computer tells us everything is fine and that we need to buy new phones. We're seriously considering switching to verizon.

switched from T-Mobile to Verizon about 18 months ago after a horrendous run with T-Mobile on several different phones. T-Mobile would droip calls on I-287 and I-78 which I think is quite unacceptable. If you don't even have coverage along the major highways, then you really should do something about it. Verizon reception in my area and anywhere I've travelled has been outstanding. I've travelled from NJ, to PA, to WV, VA,, to NC, to Florida, to Idaho and I have only ever had 1 (yes one) dropped call. From what I'm told the reception on the 710 and the LG VX6000 that I had prior to this is very good, and that may contribute to my good fortune, but I can honestly say that if you want great coverage you can't do better than Verizon. I also tried Sprint for the 2 week trial period and took it back. Coverage was significantly better than T-Mobile but not as consistent as Verizon.

Glad I switched to Verizon from T Mobile. T Mobile may have been cheaper but Verizon has the reception I was looking for.

You only get what you pay for! T Mobile reception stinks. I've had dropped calls galore and can't get signal strength in MANY parts of town.

Verizon is good at service, but their equipment is horrible. Their service and equipment is overpriced. Vx6000 should be a door stopper. Verizon Customer Service is bad. I would save over $125 per month with Cingular or T-Mobile for my 3 lines.
