T-Mobile sucks! They have not improved this area since service started with Omnipoint about 10 years ago! Indoor reception is not available during the summer month! Customer service is poor too!

Signal comes and goes with 5 bars to 2 bars even if you stay in one place. If you live in upper montclair dont even bother with AT&T you get 1 bar to none... .CRAP!

The reception used to only exist in my kitchen in one 4' x 4' area. Since getting the Chocolate I can get 2-3 bars 80% of the time. However, at seemingly random times the service will drop to 0 bars for 5-10 minutes then return to the 2-3 bar service. It's weird, almost like it's scheduled.

I'm in a heavily treed area near the top of a small mountain, and I can go from six bars to one at the drop of a hat while I'm sitting at my desk in my room. At that point, I'm facing two windows, one facing north and one facing west. When I move to my bed, I drop calls like a clumsy waiter drops plates. Moreover, I work in a call center, and whenever someone calls my phone, I get interference in my headset. I think this is a problem with the technology, but my co-worker has a T-Mobile GSM phone and it doesn't interfere one bit. I am definitely looking to switch my provider ASAP. I'm paying the early termination fee rather than suffer any more.

AT&T sucks big time in this area. I pay $40 a month and can't even use my phone inside my own house. What a waste. I plan on switching to Verizon or T-Mobile.
