Inside house we get at most 1 bar sometimes no service. Seems to be a dead zone right in this neighborhood. Satisfied with it when travelling in other locations.

I have used this phone where I live (Lindenwold), work (Mt. Laurel). No problems. I travel between Boston and DC with excellent coverage (2-5 bars) everywhere. No dropped calls (former Nextel user)!

Stephen King should have written "The Dead Zone" about this signal blackhole! There isn't enough signal to even make my meter even twitch.

Only get 1 bar reception in home, have to literally be outside or near my window to get at least 3 bar signal strength. And when I do get service in my area, my phone will sometimes be under Cingular coverage. All over South Jersey, signal has been very bad. The only time I can get full bar on my phone is when I am in Philadelphia.
