T-Mobile's coverage and area connectivity are unimpressive when compared to any other serive provider. Frequently the service is disconnected mid-call as their network appears to have a swiss cheese like coverage zone. Stuck in an agreement I will just have to wait it out before going happily back to Verizon or ANYWHERE ELSE.

Reception low and variable at best. Installed ZBoost, but only a marginal improvement if any at times.

I just got a LG VX4500 and the reception in my home is extremely poor. I have my old phone (3 years old) a Audiovox and I am going to have to reactivate it on the Family plan($20.00 more per month) so I can use a phone in the house. This was what Verizon suggested!
