Coverage is TERRIBLE! I can be in sight of a tower and my call will be dropped or refuse to connect at all. I cannot use my cell phone in or around my house at all. Sometimes, if I go outside and stand in one specific spot that is literally in the middle of the road, I can make a call. I don't have to worry about being run over by a vehicle while I am standing in the middle of the road because I am guaranteed to have the call drop within 3 - 5 minutes. Oh, and get this: my phone will register 5 bars, I'll enter the number and press dial, and the number of bars will immediately drop to one or none! What's up with that?!

I am in NJ on business and I have had no problems with Sprint until I hit NJ. In Ft. Lee, its hit or miss. Sometimes I have a weak signal, most of the time I have none. In Englewood Cliffs my Sprint phone is useless as I have no connection or signal at all. If I lived here I would have to switch to Verizon ot ATT.
