For some reason there is no reception in my house. I have lost calls everyday, but other spots in Manalapan are great. Go figure.

Sporadic reception. Better in other spots in Manalapan.

1, 2, or NO signal. Called Nextel several times, just keep getting excuses. The last excuse is due to the leaves on the trees!

Nextel is horrible and when you call them they give you every other reason in the world then simply telling you, they SUCK!

Nextel service in Manalapan is terrible... Droped calles, no service.. I returned to Verizon and so far have had no problems. I can finally work from the house!

My Sprint phone has not had a dropped call yet! I only get 1 bar in my house and my call is still very clear and lasting as long as I want it to!

Tmobile is great around here! not a missed call yet. I am not worried about how T-Mobile is in all the other states, because I dont travel out of state much. T-Mobile is very good all over newjersey! great service!

my freind hass T-Mobile and I must say, it has improved. Though the average amount of bars it has is usually 1-2 in this area, you can still make a clear call... TMOBILE IS EXCELLANT =]

my friend has great service around here... even though its not perect you can still make a clear call... Verizon has great service

Works fine for email and making phone calls. My company made a good choice when they had given us the new Cingular Blackberry.

If you live in Manalapn / Englishtown there is NO better service then Verizon. I have tryed them all and I have lived in Manalapan for 33 years. I watched the bars go up as the towers went up. I have Verizon for my personal phone and Nextel for my work phone. Nextel hardly works at all in Manalapan, VERY spotty service. Nextel works great in New York City though. But Verizon works just as good in the city. So, over all you get what you pay for and VERIZON is by FAR the BEST carrier you can get.

reception comes and goes. reception was better when I lived in new york.

My Sprint PCS service has been excellent in Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Mercer, and Middlesex... except in Monmouth County when driving the back roads of Millstone Twp. My phone gets zero reception when I enter my place of work which is right off of Route 33. Soon I'll be saying "can you hear me now?"... .

No problem here! Even while driving.

Nextel just is horrible in manalapan. Constant dropped calls, No kind of reception anywhere near my townhouse and signal strength always spotty. The only phone that seems to work in my house is Cingular so I will probably drop Nextel asap. If you live in the area and care about actually being able to use your phone, dont use nextel.

GSM is variable. You can stand in one spot and actually see the signal strength go from good to no signal and back again all without moving even an inch. If you live in this area of NJ and want to use Cingular, you really need the GAIT phone wich works on all 3 types of Cingular networks
