still perfect after all these years, only now the customer service and billing structure are completely effed so I switched to T-Mobile and here I am, trying to figure out why my phones keep saying all circuits are busy. Never EVER EVER had that happen with sprint, and if you have an older phone from more than two years ago, youll probably not get that great of service with all the new upgrades to the tower. Id go into the Sprint store and get a palm or a sanyo, youll get a+ service. MY BF has the rumor, I have the centro, we never drop calls.

i live 5 min from Philadelphia and I barely get service. My wife and I have the same phone, same problem.

nextel has very poor service in thid town just 10 minutes from philly. worst service ever.

I LOVE Sprint. I moved from Utah, where I had Cricket (who as well had perfect service), and Sprint, and service has stayed the same. Excellent. The ONLY place I tend to not get service is in Alloway. Even in Swedesboro, and Salem I get 1 and 2 bars, which still holds the call, and sounds as good as full bars. I wouldn't trade Sprint for anything.

I never given a thought to using a cell phone from inside a house until I moved two blocks down the road last April 03 and now need to step outside to make calls, even if it's freezing.
