Reception was good until last Friday. Since then, no signal. Any one else who has experienced this problem?

Poor reception around Jersey Ave and 3rd St. in downtown Jersey City NJ - don't blame the Razr phone! - it's great anywhere else in J.C. and Manhattan.

In my apartment both Verizon and Cingular works fine but I am stuck with Tmobile. Since last one year they are promising upgread in network but nothing has happened yet. So if you live in Van wagenen Ave, T mobile is NO NO

T-mobile sucks! Every other carrier works. Customer service is useless.

Great reception - I've never had any trouble with it, and I've come to like Verizon. I'd definitely recommend!

no problems with connections and signals in and around Northern NJ, 5 boros, and trips to Boston down to Washington, DC along I-95 corridor.

in Jersey city there are lot of places where bars drop drastacly and in some place I get no reception where I use to get with Cingular and Tmobile. I would rather go with T-Mobile then Verizon. I am going to return it ASAP.

Service is great around here.. Got this phone with dual band technology that works a lot better than the old one only PCS. No dropped calls and circuits available every time I need. And Verizon sucks around here.. not sure if it is the phone or the network, maybe both..

Bars are high, but that does not translate to good call quality. I have been having trouble receiving calls for a month now. They are either dropped (goes directly to my voicemail), loaded with Static hiss (the caller is almost inaudible) or totally blank (no sound from other side of the phone). Cingular customer service SUCKS! BIG TIME!

Cingular coverage is like a wave of air it comes from full to zero in no time. Cingular customer service is worst.
