Consistent coverage in and out of my building in JC and all the way to Hoboken on the light rail. Much better than Verizon was, which would always drop calls going through the Newport light rail station and would often send caller straight to voicemail while I was at my office, even though reception said four bars.

Reception is okay. There is slight interuption but otherwise it is fine - very few dropped calls since getting the phone two weeks ago, but none in my neighborhood. Reception is good on Wall Street also where I work - even in the elevators.

I like on Kennedy and I seem to have no problems with AT&T. Even at Newport Mall on the first floor I get service... maybe it's the phone.

There seem to be a dramatic loss of signal in my house recently with T-Mobile. I had to get out of my house to receive signal. I also have AT&T phone for my work, and it has signal. I don't understand why all of a sudden T-Mobile is poor in my area.

I just got my Sony T610 with TMobile service. I dont get any signals from my home or from inside my work located at journal Square. I will cancel my service and get a ATT-GSM service. Hope It will be a good one.

Just canceled my service and demanded a refund, even though my 14 days had passed. Customer service is very good, but the reception does not allow for real use of the phone. 9 out of 10 calls gets dropped at least once. No reception in the house, have to freeze out on my balcony (on the 20th floor) to quickly chat for a few minutes, and then still get dropped. They are building a new tower in the area, which will be complete in 6 months. Sorry, can't wait that long.
