None from home, 1 in the street. There is no reception in our section of Whiting. Actually, most of Whiting has very minimal reception. There is a proposal to build a cell tower off of Rt. 539 so perhaps reception will be available but in the last 6 yrs since I've been here I am forced to turn off my phones in the house since my batteries will drain and I cannot make or receive calls.
Needs improvement with the service. The walkie-talkie service is alot better though than a phone call, and I barely use walkietalkies so that doesn't do me any good :(..I'll get only 1 bar inside, and about 2-3 outside. If you head down toward the Wawa on 37 than reception is better.
Two bars if I stand in the street, 1 or no bars in my home. If I get to 539 and go towards Rt. 70 I get 2 then 3 then 4 bars... never 5 full bars. Daughter has Verizon - she gets a little better reception.
I live in Whiting (Fox Hollow section of Roosevelt City). I get 4 bars on the top of a local hill (accessible only by fire road) but 0 in my home and a very spotty 1 bar signal in various areas of my property and neighborhood. I lose signal entirely until I get into town and coverage moving west on 70 and northwest on 539 in pretty dismal. Generally speaking, I am unhappy with T-Mobile. I travel quite a bit around central and South Jersey and I'm always hitting dead zones. Cingular users get reception in my home. I have not tried others.
