I really got screwed by these folks after 3 weeks I found out I had no reception at my home. Reception on the island is almost nonexistent but I live in a rural area?? (Atlantic City area) I have switched to Verizon and never had a dropped call from home or anywhere. Now Cinguler wants the penalty ($300.00) for canceling the service that they couldn't provide. Well I will see them in court before they get a cent!

Hate Hate Hate TMobile's service in my area, have complained since day one, the first 2 weeks of service were horrible (my fault for not getting out asap) but was told there was a problem in the area and that TMobile's service was excellant in my area. Well a year later and still complaining, I had to get a land line reinstalled (never needed one with Verizon Wireless and had full service.. only left to save some money) well you pay for what you get. I am disabled and couldn't even reach anyone for help, I wrote the company and they wrote back saying "my recent move is not their problem" MOVE!?!? I've been at same address for 7 years and didn't move. They didn't once offer anything. I will be cancelling this week and fighting the cancel fees for 3 lines. Never again will I go with T-Mobile or recommend them. Not where I live!
