the first few months of havin Nextel the service wasnt the best. but now I am in the same place I started with the phone and I always have service even in basements. its embarrassing when my friend with Verizon is always asking to use my phone since his phone never has service nextel is good to go for and the customer service in deptford is excellent. the people are nice and treat your problems with care. and they actually help unlike when I had Cingular they were ignorant jerks
