There's only a small part of clove rd that I loose reception and a couple of areas on the mountain on 23,other than that,i love it! my boyfriend has Cingular and as soon as he turns off of 206 he looses reception and my father used to have Verizon and had to drive about a mile down 23 to get reception,otherwise he had nothing from 206,all the way down clove to 23.

Reception has gotten a bit better this past year. I found updating the cells software to be important for this to happen. As its a cell I've learned to deal with drop offs, just remember Verizon's commerical "Can you hear me now?"

The service is terrible in this area. It's a complete dead spot. Most people in and around this area have Verizon because they believe it provides the best coverage. Does it... I don't know, but I know it sucks for me. Not to mention that they have the worst, and I mean the worst customer service that I've ever dealt with in any business faction. They repeatedly make mistakes on your bill and it is extremely difficult to get them to remove the charges. I once had to pay the innacurate billing in order for them to reimburse me because they"couldn't remove the charges from the bill because the billing departement is a separate entity." A soon as you sign on to Verizon for service you better hope you don't have to deal with customer service because you will regret it!
