Verizon reception and service is the worst ever, don't let anyone tell you AT&T is bad. I was so fed up with Verizon service I had to switch to AT&T. No problems with AT&T anywhere in Morristown area.

I always have 5 bars of reception but no service. I can't check my account, make a call, or receive a call until I leave home and drive somewhere else.

Loose signal when going into most buildings. Call T-Mobile and they claim no problem.

Used to get no reception with LG phone. Switched to Nokia and think it's the cheap phone (LG)more than the service(Cingular).

I must exit my house and carry on all conversations on my front porch or driveway.

T-Mobile need to improve reception thoughout the state of New Jersey. Especially on the east coast.

Reception inside the building structures is non-existant unless you are by a window

I always drop calls right off rt 78 at exit 40. The call will dop and then 1 / 4 mile down the road the phone will work fine again

Starting 2 weeks ago, signal seems to go up and down like a roller coast in and outside my home. I have never had this problem before, and have been with Cingular for 8 months. A few dropped calls within the past week as well.
