I've driven through Park Ridge on several main roads heading out toward the GSP and Lake / Grand Ave - had no dropped calls with Verizon, clear reception.

Upgraded to a newer phone (from SGH-E317 which got at least one or two bars now and again) and have absolutely NO signal. The entire town of Park Ridge seems to be "blocked" somehow, even though the AT&T map shows this as an "orange" area (red being excellent). It's not the phone because it works well anywhere else!

Reception in most of Park Ridge is poor to none. I'm on the east side of town and I'm in the "pretty much none" area. I traded in my old Samsung SGH-D317 for a newer model and reception didn't change even though the D807 rocks anywhere else. I'd like to locate the tower(s) that service this area so that I don't have to hang out a window just to get my voicemail. And it's not just AT&T that has problems with reception here, neighbors who have the other services complain, too.

I've found reception in Park Ridge to be spotty and where I am along Grand Ave slightly west of Kinderkamack, it's quite poor. A few years ago, I was on AT&T and it sucked. Constantly dropped calls and 1 or 2 bars. When I switched to Verizon, it was an amazing difference. While I still get 1 or 2 bars, I only get dropped calls once in a while.

In my opinion this AT&T gsm is junk. Most of my calls are dropped. Half the time the phone wont work at all, now it's dead. Cant wait to get out of the contract.

T-Mobile is horrible where I live and work in Bergen County. Trying to find cell service that provides more consistent coverage.

Just received the phone and here in the marriot and also at KPMG in Montvale, I get 1 - 3 bars of reception. At KPMG, in my cubicle, get 0 - 1. But even though i only have the 1 bar, the sound can be very clear. My calls haven't dropped yet.
