There is at least a 2-hour delay in text messages that are sent to me. There's basically zero Ev-DO or WAP coverage in most of the building. Outside is fine. All my other co-workers with other services (at least one each of T-Mobile and Verizon) have either zero or very little reception.

Never had a dropped call from anywhere in Parsippany area. I can make calls from any building or basement. Spint is the only way to go.

Verizon Wireless works great! Have perfect coverage all over Parsippany and eastern Morris County / Western Essex. My Samsung a-670 phone never drops a call and works inside the house adn out in the car great. Highly reccomend. Seems to have great service all over northern New Jersey as I drive around for business.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for more than 2 years and their coverage has improved tremendously. I have good coverage in my home area (located on 202 north near Smith Road) and have had no issues in the nearby areas (route 46 / route 80 / 280 etc). their customer service is good too, I definitely recommend T-Mobile if you are tried of other carriers.

Good overall in-building coverage. No drops / blocks in last 6 mos.

Poor Reception

T-Mobile service is barely accessible in my home in this major crossroads area of Rts. 46, 287 and 80. And, this is in the middle of winter with no foliage on trees to attenuate the signal. Phone has no service in my basement, where I had great service before with AT&T Wireless. Returning this phone tomorrow, canceling T-Mobile and going back to AT&T Wireless.
