4 Bars outside on Stockton College's Campus, sometimes a call drops a call or two though, but rare. Usually 0 to 2 bars inside campus classrooms / dorms. Can't even send a simple text message with two bars indoors. Don't plan to talk to anyone inside any buildings! =(

Good to fair reception all over campus, in dorms, in apartments, in class, etc. Never a dropped call, never had to go outside to use the phone.
