Reception is intermittent and calls drop frequently both indoors and outdoors. Thinking of switching to Verizon as they seem to get the best reviews (or the least bad reviews) in this area.Was this review helpful to you?

Signal inside varies from zero to (infrequently) four bars. The T-Mobile solution is to offer a "signal booster" device, but only for a single family dwelling. Also, though promised, the availability date of this hardware keeps moving forward so we haven't been able to get one to see whether it helps. Mostly these days I use my NetZero DSL wireless connection to use my phone at home. Sad.Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T signal reception from within my home is close to zilch. There are intermittent bursts of 2 bars but mostly 1 bar at most times. Calls get cut off or just fail to dial out. Incoming calls audio is very poor.Was this review helpful to you?
For years, my reception in this spot was poor and erratic. A few days ago I started getting consistent 5-bar reception. I think a new tower was set up nearby.Was this review helpful to you?
Something changed recently. We've lived in our home for over 9 years and have always had good reception. Recently we noticed that signal strength has been poor with lots of dropped calls. We got new phones and had major issue activating them because we could not get a signal without being in a very specific spot in our home. New phones did not help. Our guest complain about the same problem. We do not have any new wireless equipment in our home.Was this review helpful to you?
Cell phone reception is supposed to be "good" here, but is terrible in this area. Dropped calls and sometimes miss calls, people can't hear me etc. Reception better when I leave this area, but unpredictable. Calls to customer service unsatisfactory so far. Email, web browsing work great but I do need to make calls. Sprint TV is poor except right after I call customer service to complain - then it works for awhile. Haven't tried an airrave yet so don't know if that would help. They are out of stock anyway.Was this review helpful to you?
Completely erratic and sub-par at best around the house. Can't help thinking T-Mobile reception has got worse over the several years we've had it. Wherever I go I often hit places with no bars at all, when other people seem to be happily making cell phone calls. Not the phone, since everyone in my family has a different phone, mine being the only original issue one.Was this review helpful to you?
