Constantly losing calls. In the month of May I lost over 32 calls. Horriable service for someone who lives and works in the Ridgewood Area. Verizion Customer Service is a JOKE as they insist there is service in that area, but yet refuses to look into all the claims of poor service. When going to the local Verizion Wireless Store I was told that is a constant complaint in that area, but yet AGAIN Verizon Customer Support refuses this claim. GOOD LUCK!

Even though service is good on rt 17 and also downtown ridgewood - the area in the middle is poor to non-existant. Don't get rid of your land line as you'll have terrible service.

This intersection, right around the Ridgewood / Glen Rock border, has historically been a no-service area for pretty much every carrier. In the past week, I've seen a usable signal pop up on my Cingular phone (and when I do a network search, I see that AT&T GSM is also available). If they didn't put up a new local tower, they must've repositioned one. This solves one of my biggest pet-peeve dead spots!

AT&T stinks! Can't wait until the contract expires. Have very sporadic coverage and always get cut off when I reach a bad spot. AT&T GSM was even worse, if that can be possible at all.
