Reception is terribly poor for calls, texting and online.

In my house I only get 1 line of service. When I had Verizon I got 5 lines of service. I miss Verizon. My T-Mobile phones will be going back...

Need to go outside to use cell phone.

3 bars, but since AT&T took over, been getting a lot of dropped calls.

Very Poor to No Reception,

Only get one bar of service on my Motorola v710, which has, normally, a better reception capability than other phones. Even with the antenna extended, still one bar, My Wife has a Samsung that drops calls every day. I will say that, after using T-Mobile for several years, Verizon does have,generally, better coverage elsewhere.

T-mobile is a great service, if you have a crappy phone you might not get the best signal. With my new phone my signal is at least 50% better and always have 80% everywhere, even 20% signal all the way in my basement. Compared to my gf's Verizon and t-mobile, she gets drop calls every 10-15 mins in this area while I had one since my battery went dead. T-mobile =great service and great pricing. Just make sure you get a good phone.

Rarely drop a call. Been using this phone on the Sprint network for 3 years. Travel to different parts of the country for business, rarely NOT in PCS coverage zones (I configure to NOT do roaming off-network).

Very poor overall coverage. I travel and even in fairly populated areas of OH I get poor reception. Between Deptford and Vineland, static, no signal, no connection, you get the idea. Looking to switch to Verizon despite higher cost.

I have to drive 1 mile to the highschool for 5 bars.
