They just build a new shoprite in the area. Lmao. Once your inside a building this T-Mobile receiption dies on me. No wonder there in the 4th place carrier. They can't even beat Sprint for 3rd place.

Cingular is the ONLY provider I can use at my home (bottom of a hill.) Have tried mulitiple phones for Verizon, and called others and was told I would not be able to use their service at this location. There are a few places in my home I cannot use my phone, but otherwise I can make and receive calls with and without bluetooth just fine. Also, at many other locations, I have often been the only one who could place a call (with Cingular,) using either this phone or my previous lower tech Nokia. My friends with Verizon are often not able to use their phones where I can.

I cannot receive any calls, it never rings in my home, I can make calls though sometimes.

Few dead zone, otherwise the reception is average and does not get any better.

Inside building is a 1 ( Poor )

My Nextel phone seems to work in some places where other phones don't (like in elevators and in the parking garage of my apartment building), but more often than not it seems like my phone doesn't work where many other carriers do. Because the phone makes a noise when going in and out of service, I can hear that my phone frequently goes in and out of service in the area around my apartment. My experience with their customer service has been horrible, but I have no strong complaints about reception quality

Absolutely no coverge on the first floor of my house. I get 2 bars on the second floor. I used to live in apartment before and same issue there also. TMobile sucks. I called cust serv abt the coverage and was told that they have no plans to change / improve the coverage in the newar future. They run thousands of promotions to lure new customers but don't want to sepnd money on the coverage.

Frequency sucks inside buildings and houses. Never again. Im taking all 5 lines out this coming December and move to Cingular. I've complain to many times with no result!

Ive had T-Mobile for 18 months and now I'm thinking of changing. They just don't have good reception at all. I know sometimes it's the phone itself that doesn't give you a good reception. I have changed few phone I still don't get full three bars on a good phone. Customer service is really bad too. I had problem with my old phone so I called and they sent me a new phone and asked me to ship my old(bad) phone to them. I did and since I had automatic billing I get a charge for $349 which got deducted from my account. they said they never found the phone. It has been a year and I have not gotten my money back. the point is that their cutomer service just sucks. My husband has Sprint and we've never had any problems with it. Good reception, voice quality is good. Overall it has been the great carrier. Now Sprint has bought Nextel so I think I'm gonna go with Nextel. I heard and know that their service is really good.

According to there website its a average area. Uhuh sure when your outside the office. Outside I can get atleast 3 bars. Yahooooo! But when I enter the door all I see is BLANK... Somerset NJ

Reception is good while you're outside the building.But,once you're inside forget it. They suck. Did a manual thingy all I can get is AT&T.Which T-Mobile has no roaming agreement with them in the area.(I get no network access)

The coverage is very poor. I dont know whats the problem, the main office is located in NY and they cannot provide service to the nearer location. Whenever I try to make a connection. It gets disconnected. So, I am very much worried I I use this network, f I will miss my interviews

Usually variable reception ranging from one bar to 5 bars when attempting a call (perhaps that is how the network works to make you feel better). Usually get about 4-7 dropped phone calls per 1hr of conversation forcing me to use my landline (also Verizon). It seems the towers are handling it better when it's not near 9pm or not the weekend. PS: I have had Verizon for 4-5 years now - horrible in the past 2 years, ever since America's Choice was added on.

I went back to Verizon and they changed my phone equipment 3 times on the VX4500 and my husband's VX3200 and still couldn't get them to work. The calls don't go through, drop off when they do go through, or break up and go in and out while talking. I finally was able to cancel contract because I was told it is my area and not enough towers. But now we haven't any phones and we don't know who to get!

No reception at all inside the house. Get some reception outside. I knew tmobile sucks, but did not know they suck this much.
