Almost nothing outside the Beech Spring Apartments and absolutely nothing inside, not even text messages. I called T-Mobile about it in May, 2006 and by August 2006 have not yet heard anything.

Right inside my apartment there is no reception, unless I hook to the window like a glue, I get 1 bar. Outside the building I will be luck to see a spot with 2 bars. Complained to T-Mobile more than 6 months back and they ease me saying that they are going to install a tower near New Providence station in couple of months. Well the couple of months are over, it's almost a year now that there is no reception in my place.

Good, reliable service outdoors. Used to be very shoddy indoors but has since improved. I have had to replace this phone twice because of problems with the internal antennae, surprisingly just after the warranty runs out. Really unhappy with Verizon customer service, have phoned up with the same issue 3 times and received 3 completely different, contradicting answers. Now, I only deal with them in writing, requiring them to email me with all relevant information and options. Surprisingly, the response is very clear and seemingly thought-out. This is useful when they deny what previous reps have confirmed. The quality and variety of phones is very poor. The Moto V710, as the first bluetooth offered by Verizon, has the majority of bluetooth options blocked.
