I figured I would write a good one for T-Mobile. T-Mobile's reception has been excellent in 90% of the places I go, full bars in many places. It tends to outperform ATT / Cingular in just about every place (save a few in Warren County). About the only place signal gets bad is where I live, ATT / Cingular get 1 bar outside and nothing inside, T-Mobile gets 1-2 bars in the house, and depending on how far you walk (good 500ft from the house) it jumps up to 3-4 bars. Some areas on my property gets full bars. My area has the hills just right to make it the craphole of cell signals. T-Mobile has never dropped a call for me due to low signal, only if it completly drops out (I've operated dialup on it with 1 bar). Verizon gets a good signal throught the area, except they drop calls left and right, for no reason. It seems they do not like the fact that you can talk over 10 minutes on their crap network, so they drop the call.
