	Service is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. All they do is lie to you and want your money for the bad sevice. The technicians should run customer service. At least they aren't paid to lie to you and talk in circles. The prices we pay for everything for a smart phone neutralizes with the dumb choice of choosing their network. Make sure they're honest about everything before choosing any provider. It's like buying beach front property in Montana.

	Many dead areas between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. There used to be service there. We also noticed that service is pretty spotty in lots of places along I-40 west and east of Albuquerque. Don't know about South I-25.

	Just called customer service. No coverage and there is an outage. No cell or 3g. Lost it about 5:15 yesterday afternoon. No eta on when it is to be back up. This sucks.

	I've had good reception here for the last two years I've lived here. Today I haven't had any service. It keeps saying the mobile network is down. Anybody know what else is going on?

	3 bars on Verizon. None Smart phones! one phone still on old Alltel sys. With free Internet on a USB cord. Verizon has badly miscalculated area coverage in city. Verizon should never have dropped the old towers.

	This area is horrible. On a good day you get 3 bars and 0-1 is the norm. Poor reception, drop calls are what we have to deal with every day. We've contacted Verizon multiple times and they always say improvements are in progress for the area... but it never improves.
