I don't get text. My phone doesn't ring when people are calling. The GPS is LOL, I actually had to buy a Garmin. Sprint told me my phone was the problem. So I got a brand new phone. But I am still having the same exact problems. Screw Sprint.

Not much help with new phone or helping to upgrade my service or compete for my needs as a mobile service, now shopping around for new deals.

Just TOO EXPENSIVE! Looking for something else. But it appears to be the only provider that works down here where we live. Would love to get less expensive provider.

Worst service on the planet. I have come close to smashing my phone with a hammer too many times. I pay too much much money for this service that is completely useless most of the time.

Everyone I call says they only here every other word and I am standing still in one place not moving in my bedroom by a slider. I have to go outside and they say it is much better. FRUSTRATING. I just upgraded, and almost switched to boost mobile but stuck with the lone timer I've had, ugh.

Never had trouble with AT&T before moving to the Volterra Hills neighborhood. Now I have little to no coverage. Have to switch to my wifi network to upload or download data. Calls are still difficult. Work phone has Verizon as a carrier and the coverage is much better. AT&T blows. And when you call AT&T for help, they offer to sell you a $150 micro booster to enhance their service. This is so tacky and lame.

Verizon

calls go the voice mail, frustrating customer service cant get any help with my service. All these damn companies think that we are dependent on these horrible cell phones that give bad service and serve as information collectors for the government, stealing one's privacy, I WILL find a way to get rid of it!

T-Mobile

Worst service, very slow loading that it keeps stopping saying did not respond when you try to go on the web. Good thing we have wifi from another company since 1 bar at home with T-Mobile won't do much when surfing. Also if you try customer service expect very poor service, lots of calls, and countless transfers before you are helped. Not worth the hassle. Now I know why they're doing a good phone promo to hook you in. Unless you can outsmart their lies you'll be able to get off their service, if not suffer the spotty coverage, very poor reception, slowest download, limited unlimited and poor service. Phone trade in is good but nothing else to offer.

AT&T

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | Paseo at Ventura, Albuquerque, NM 87122 |

AT&T is generally poor in ABQ, with a lot of data and voice dead spots. No coverage at all along Paseo del Norte, and no to little data coverage in the popular Tanoan neighborhood.
