Spotty reception and phone tends to heat up after 5 minutes use. Rarely get more than 2 bars. Researched issue... all cell service is problematic here. Ahhh, country living. Was this review helpful to you?
VERY POOR AT&T SERVICE. EVEN THE BUSINESS PHONES HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICES. I CHANGED MY PERSONAL CARRIER TO VERIZON AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING WONDERFULLY. TOO MANY DROPPED CALLS, ECHOED CALLS, CALLERS CAN'T HEAR ME, EMAIL NOT COMING THROUGH, CONSTANT REDIALING JUST TO CALL OUT. FRUSTRATING. VERY FRUSTRATING. POOR RECEPTION AND I JUST UPGRADED MY PHONE TOO. SUCKS!Was this review helpful to you?
Unable to hear person or call is dropped when I dial Santa Fe contact number. Was this review helpful to you?
Don't know if I should say poor or no-reception... but you get the idea. AT&T has come to mean; 'Annoying Through and Through'. Ever so helpful, and never fixing the problem. Two years of the most expensive paper weight I've ever had the extreme displeasure of owning... iPhone 5S. Call failed one-third of the time. Get voice mails the next day. Friends don't even bother calling me anymore... "oh, I thought you were out of the country" I mostly use it as a Kindle devise. Was this review helpful to you?

Reception has gone from ok to just awful! Everything is slow and my calls get dropped constantly. It's horrible I would never recommend Sprint to anyone. ;(Was this review helpful to you?

There is no 3G or 4G in this area. Everything runs on a 2G network. Very annoying. Was this review helpful to you?
