Sprint 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Palm Centro	I usually don't get dropped calls, but sometimes reception is "static" or "crackling". Had this same problem with two different Sprint phones. Furthermore, there are times where I don't recieve calls or text messages. This occurs maybe once a week.
