Calls don't drop but call / voice quality is spotty. Data works with pretty good consistency, but there are a lot of areas nearby with no 1xRTT data service due to roaming.

Very rarely lose calls in this area anymore. Lots of recent network updates and upgrades in the area have expanded coverage pretty decently to all surrounding areas.

I'm very happy with my Cingular service all over Rio Rancho. No problems since I got their service (>6 months).

I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years, they were VoiceStream for the first 9 years. For some reason in the last year my signal has gone to the dogs, dropped calls almost daily. When I tried to call them about it, I could never finish my complaint as I dropped those calls too. Everybody I talk to says my phone sounds the worst of any they know. I have tried changing the phone itself, 3 times in the last year, but no improvement.

This is really for 87144. 5 bars for about 95% of the time from Alameda and I-25 up into North Hills. When I get into North Hills the signal goes from 1 to 4 bars during the day. I'm able to have a conversation and people tell me it sounds like I'm on a land line.

This is really for 87144. Once on Northern the signal fluctuates from no bars to all bars. When I get into North Hills I generally have 1 bar. Even with one bar I can still have a conversation.

Suffered through last 1 1 / 2 years of contract with 50-50 chance of dropped calls. Verizon stores have "reprogrammed" numerous times. I was even solicited by Verizon as a customer survey with entry for "Do you want reply by customer service rep?" No response. They don't care for criticism, just their massively oversold sales pitch. Store personnel changed attitude once phone was out of warranty / over one year. Then they can blame phone. Replacement service charge is equal to cost of phone. If they're going to blame phones, let them sell good phones. No way would I renew. Zip code is 87144, but your system doesn't acknowlwdge. It was created two years ago. Update your data base.
