T mobile works great in our building. I left t mobile after 12 yrs to Verizon..big mistake. I pay big bucks for 16 gb and we have the worst reception in our building. Everyone said how wonderful Verizon is. I've called and complained several times and they know there is an issue. State employees get a discount at Verizon you would think they would have better reception in these buildings since I know 90% have verizon. Disappointing..Was this review helpful to you?

Any time I'm driving through the Pojoaque area, I have no service. When I stop at the Buffalo Thunder Casino absolutely no service. I can travel across the country to our nation's capital and have excellent service, but not good service close to home. What's wrong with this carrier?Was this review helpful to you?

TMobile should not be allowed to sell service. If we had an empowered Federal Communications Commission, it would fine this company or prevent it from offering services it cannot deliver. My office is near the demographic center of town and without wifi, I cannot text or call on a regular daily basis. I have also been in the historic center of town (this is the Capitol of the state for god's sake! and a MAJOR tourist destination!) and had no bars--zero. To boot, the phone I stupidly bought, the Samsung Galaxy Lite, is so bad in its interface design and its capacity, as to render it practically worthless--a dead weight in my pocket. For the past 2 days in a row I have had an important incoming call repeatedly, instantly dropped pretty much for the entire day. As of 10-13 I have had little to no data service, dropping calls, and poor reception when I do get connected. I have tried unsuccessfully to get T-Mobile to give me a straight answer as to why there is an issue and they keep telling me that there is no issue. Internet is horrible fluctuates way to much from two bars of 3gs to no bars but calls are good and clear but can't wait to get another tower.Was this review helpful to you?
