I have been with T-Mobile for several years. I have had dropped calls from time to time but never complained. However, within the last 5 days all 4 of our lines are out of service in Boulder City. I called and they said they are putting in a work ticket to check on the towers. It will take 72 hours. 72 hours have come and gone. I called again today and they said because of the holiday it will take longer. They are saying they show a "moderate" coverage in the Boulder City area right now. Hopefully, they can get this fixed. If not, we are changing providers.

We have had t mobile service for YEARS while living in Boulder City. Phones recently ALL stopped working in BC at once. Called customer service. They insisted not a coverage problem, but rather all three of our sim cards failed at once. Drove to Henderson to get cards replaced. Got home. They STILL don't work. Called back. The kid at the t mobile store tells us he's been dealing with several BC people today, no relief even after replacing the sim cards - customer service is insisting there is no problem... ... ... ..but obviously there is. Disappointing that though we've been t mobile customers for around 10 years, they are slow to react to an obvious problem with their towers, and don't want to take action.

I have had Sprint for a number of years now and am very satified with them.My phone works well at my house and I even have bars going thru the pass by Railroad Pass.Never had a problem with dropped calls or dead zones. I even get coverage at my mom's house in Ia on a farm, although I have to step into the front yard. But not bad considering she lives quite a way from a major town.T-Mobile wouldn't even work at my house anywhere.

Although I get fair reception in Las Vegas, when I go out mountain biking, I get nothing, even when my buddies are still getting coverage from their providers. Saturday I was sitting beneath a tower with several antennas and saw that I would get emergency calls (I believe they are required to do that if it can hook through another network) but nothing from t-mobile. C'mon guys, give us some stuff outside the city!

VZW is the only one to have that I know of at the lake. Had Sprint 2 yrs. ago - no service at all, not even at the marina parking lot. I can sit on my boat out near Sentinal Island and make calls all day with Verizon, and it doesn't even switch to analog or roaming.
