I drive from town to Dixie Valley for work, about 40 miles. There are three dead zones between the two points. I jump between digital and analog during my drive. In Dixie Valley I have an analog only signal with 5 bars.

it says on the coverage map it has coverage but it dosent

Good reception until you leave Fallon moving East at which time you are quickly into roaming territory. Sprint is great though if you travel West from Fallon. Good coverage all the way from Fallon to San Francisco with a noticible loss of signal the entire way if you stay on I-80. I'm very satisfied with my Sprint PCS service.
