It was always touch and go, but in the last two months, calls are dropped every minute or so. Plus, my listeners can barely understand because it cuts out so much. I have an HTC and it is slightly better with my husband's iphone.Was this review helpful to you?
I drop numerous calls daily w Verizon. I have spent 6 months troubleshooting w Verizon. I was offered several solutions... 1- new SIM card= fail 2- new phone=fail 3- log all my calls for 2 months=fail 4-final solution= buy a network adapter for $275 from Verizon to use in my home= FAIL AND lose $275. The service in the area around Coronado High School is horrible. I've spent hours on the phone w Verizon and they simply say I'm in a "marginal" device area. My bill went up 30% when I switched from Sprint to Verizon. Sprint service also horrible btw. I'm surrounded by thousands of homes and businesses so, it's not like I'm alone on a mountain. HORRIBLE ! I GET ZERO RECEPTION / SERVICE AS SOON AS I GET INTO HENDERSON NEVADA. MY PHONE IS USELESS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF MY HOME. THE REASONING YOU ASK? AT&T REFUSES TO PUT A CELL TOWER IN THE AREA. I WORK FROM HOME AND JUST RELOCATED MY FAMILY TO A BETTER MORE BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD HERE IN HENDERSON. THE COST? This company runs on swindling people of their money. Had two phones on MY contract and a Fraudulent person took those phones while still unpaid for to another contract for service yet left the bill on MY contract. Once phones are on a contract they should not be able to do anything with those phones until they are paid in full! And T mobile took part in this fraudulent event. And now are trying to pin the total on me! NEWSFLASH T MOBILE NOT GONNA HAPPEN. IT WAS YOUR SCREW UP TO GIVE THOSE PHONE AWAY!Was this review helpful to you?
For calls between our two Samsung Galaxy S4s on the same plan we can seldom stay connected for more than 5 minutes. On a trip to work a call will drop 3 times on the trip and the voice quality on the call is so bad you can't even have a conversation, lots of hissing, static, low volume (even when turned up to max). Sprint has the same standard response of tower work etc but this has been going on for 18 months. 6 more months of contract for me.Was this review helpful to you?
1 bar, and only 1 bar. Sometimes drops to 3G or 1x. On the upside, Verizon's terrible coverage has greatly limited my obsessive Facebook browsing and now I can have a real life. This is a company phone so no choice of carrier for me.Was this review helpful to you?
