I live pretty close to the edge of Henderson to the east. I was pretty worried about service since nothing else is really out here. But I get reception from all areas of my home.

No bars, no reception anywhere near my home. I receive voice mails days later. Very disappointed and am going to switch, but to which carrier? I need coverage in this area and which carrier can provide coverage in the Anthem area?

Good coverage in this area with Sprint, and basically all carriers. Upstairs gives 5 bars, while downstairs give 3 to 4 bars. Dr.down and past Discovery Park, along either way to get to 215 is fine (actually, there is a mono-pole on Paseo Verdo on the Jewish Temple property).

Overall Verizon performs well. We get 5 bars at our home. We have been with them for well over 8 years. There are some dead spots in Sun City. But nothing to make us drop our service. One is going by the golf course along Hampton. Another is along Volunteer and sometimes swinging down Somersworth to Anthem Parkway. The Nokia seems to bethe best phone with reception for Verizon. We used to have LG and just changing phones helped.

No reception at all around here. Kinda ridiculous! Cant even use my phone at my house.

Horizon and 95 used to always drop calls, now this no longer happens. I've actually been quite happy with AT&T reception in Vegas, very rarely do calls drop. However, I'm thinking about switching to T-Mobile because AT&T charges a lot more for data plans and messaging.

Sun City Anthem between So Eastern and Bicentennial. There are many DEAD spots inside and outside of home. We get our share of drop calls, system busy try again later, and CALL FAILED. We have Sprint and Verizon, both are horrible. Other carriers we have tried are not any different. The companies should be ashamed of themselves. This area has been established for a number of years, there is no excuse not to have good reception.

I stopped counting my dropped calls. I have poor to no reception in this area (as well as many other areas in the Vegas valley). When I called Sprint about the coverage problem, they had me remove my battery in my treo and put it back in (that's how they improve reception?). Then they told me it must be my phone, one of the most expensive phones they offer. I am done with sprint.

No Reception in house... horrible area... . drop calls... missed calls... or incoming calls don't even make my phone ring... and I end up getting a voicemail sometimes hours later... absolutely horrible

I have complained to Sprint several times, but to no avail. They claim they are building new towers, and that will fix the problem in the future. Meanwhile, I have no reception inside my home.

My phone goes from 6-0 bars in seconds and results in dropped calls. I also get all circuits are currently busy or your call cannot be completed at this time please try again later. Sprint is horrible in the Las Vegas Valley. I had few problems last year but this year they are getting worse. Not to mention the billing problems they have. I don't recommend anyone to ever get Sprint.

Since merger, quality has decreased greatly. What once was a good service from Nextel has turned into a joke.

For the most part I always have 5 bars. I always get good service. For work I have a Nextel phone / radio and it is worthless. The Verizon has some dead spots but the Nextel has dead zip codes practically. If you loose service expect not to get it back untill you drive about a mile. All cell services are going to have dead spots and I think Verizon has the least amount compared to T-mobile, Cingular and Sprint / Nextel (All of which I have had or had close friends who had then went to Verixon).

Sprint is going downhill fast. Reception in Anthem is bad. Lots of dropped calls and we only get 1 bar at most. This is due to the fac that Verizon and Sprint are fighting about cell phone towers in Anthem. We will switch to Cingular soon.

awful reception to no reception! Have complained many times with no results! Is there any good cell service out there??

Ever since Sprint consumed Nextel my Nextel service has been getting worse and even dropping calls now. Cannot help but to wonder if they are attempting to make us Nextel customers switch to Sprint service. If that is the case... I'm going elsewhere like say... ... .T-Mobile.

Verizion is worthless in this area. Reception varies and almost every call is dropped.

I recently moved to an area just southwest of the Wagonwheel exit on 95. Sometimes I can get a signal if I go outside, but I am usually cut off when talking in my house. I work from home and need to use my cell phone every day. Sprint only cares that I pay my bill, not if I have service.

Great view of LV from my house up here. Sprint and Nextel have the beast covergae (ignore all the other negative posts) Signal everywhere with Sprint! Further more up Burkholder (past Racetrack rd) coverage is still the best

Once you get within 3 miles of here, almost no PCS service. I called Sprint and they had an engineer call me back. He told me they have a 99% call success rate. Obviously that means no one here has Sprint. Any of my friends that have Sprint service experiance the same issues near my house. Sprint is beginning to piss me off.
