Signal Only 1 at home. No signal in Suncoast Casino

I've been dropping service when traveling but also in multiple areas around the valley while my employers carrier AT&T stays strong

Service is strikingly poor in Sun City Summerlin. Verizon reps could care less and offer no timeline for signal improvement. If you're lucky enough to get a ring you better not move to another room. New antennas along 215 would really help.

My LTE service is minimal or non-existent and my Mifi reception is extremely poor. Not what I would expect from the self-proclaimed leader in wireless.

I have had Sprint back when it was Wi-Max then went to AT&T, Verizon and finally ended up with T-Mobile. I have found that their LTE speeds are much better than Verizon and AT&T. I cannot comment on Sprint since I had them prior to LTE. Over all coverage with T-Mobile is about the same as AT&T. My wife and I travel the same areas and she is still with AT&T. The biggest difference, besides customer service is that with T-Mobile I do a speed test and get up to 100 mbbs, Desert Inn and Raindow. While my wife will not get anything over 18-20 mbbs. I also feel that T-Mobile has much better customer service than the others.

Chronically poor service despite numerous complaints from northwest Las Vegas customers. Calls dropped when walking from room to room. Verizon reps shrug when confronted with customer complaints.

Service is getting worse. Verizon says it is because of the traffic on 215. More than half the time I lose or do not get a connection.

About 3 years ago I left Sprint because when they started switching to 4g LTE their service went to crap. Then I switched to Verizon who provide excellent service always averaged about 50mb / s and even when driving to California or Arizona I never dropped my signal even in the really rural areas. Finally I switched to T-Mobile because I wanted the Nexus phones and Verizon doesn't support sim cards. T-Mobile is now my favorite carrier, while I do not get the same consistent signal that Verizon offered, I do average about 25-35mb / s and I get a much more affordable phone bill for unlimited data. T-Mobile also has a lot better options for streamers with unlimited stream. I give 4 stars cause nothing is perfect and I do get issues with messages not sending or dropped calls but they are the best for your buck in Vegas.

Very good service. I rarely get a dropped call inside my home or not. 4G LTE is fast and fluid. Tower nearby (On Hollywood / Vegas Valley)

324 bars but speeds at 3G when doing speed test, the old dial up was better
