Phone only works maybe 1 out 5 times and when it does I drop the call almost immediately.

We need a Verizon tower out here,verizon is great everywhere I go in vegas accept at my home.

I moved to the area about 5 months ago, and have had no problems with reception with my 2 year old V600. It ranges from 2-4 bars out of 5 all the time, and that's indoors. We'll see how my next phone (Treo 650) does.

Missed calls, dropped calls. Reception is OK when it stays connected. Typically one or two bars of service. Cannot connect on one bar.

Generally I get 4 bars on my phone in my house. I can't complain. I've used T-Mobile for atleast the last 5 years so I can't compare to others carriers. Yes, there are dropped calls here and there, but mostly when I make calls out of state connecting to other carriers on the east coast. Also, I wonder if the phone model and battery life contribute as much to the dropped calls or poor connection?

reception perfect in Henderson where I work.. very poor with dropped calls and calls going direct to voice mail in North Las Vegas where I live.
