Calls reception and data speed are good all over town. It's a bit more expensive than some of the competition, but you get what you pay for.

Worst phone company ever! No reception ever! It's idiotic how difficult is it to make a cell phone work. ATT can do it so why can't sprint?

Since we moved here 28 months ago, we haven't had any problem until about 4-6 weeks ago. Since then, we have experienced very poor reception and network coverage. Currently, we cannot make phone call nor can we receive phone call. It is terrible.

Very poor service. Would not recommend T-mobile. Too many problems receiving / making calls. Thinking about even going pre-paid just in case this happens with another phone co. What carriers do you recommend with / without contract in Las Veges area overall?

How is it that I can go three blocks from house and have every bar available? Yet at home I barely keep one bar available?

We live in Rhodes Ranch which has 2 cell towers neither of which are in use! Why, I don't know but I have been told it is the HOA that is fighting their use because the towers are an "eye sore". Stupid since cell phones are here to stay and pretty much replaced land lines. T-Mobile is our only choice since it is the only provider that has built in, free wifi service on most andoid phones, without it we could not get decent service with any carrier.

Was awesome service for almost 2 years. Have a family plan with 3 lines and a separate biz line - so 4 phones in total. Then, about 2 months ago service inside disappeared. Just outside was spotty. Down the street or right out at Trop in front of Spanish Trails, signal was back to solid again. Complained numerous times. They gave us the micro cell device - 0.0% gain. It would state 1 bar but no phone inside would then get that 1 bar of signal which is bogus as it is supposed to boost signals! Eventually they agreed to send technicians out to immediate neighborhood. They said they even came to our house, on the street, basically. They confirmed no service would be available. The kicker? They said it was from an upgrade in the cell towers in the area. An upgrade to get better service results in losing service. How awesome is that? They said the new FCC bands do not allow signal to travel as far so any provider's towers will lose distance of coverage. So now more towers have to go up to get dense coverage. That will not happen for some time to be sure.
