Don't believe T Mobile has the best coverage in Vegas. I live near the strip and constantly only receive.28 mbs download, and.08 upload mbs as per my ookla speed tests. This often occurs from around 730-11 am. I've been more times on the phone with TMob tech support and the promises made are not promises kept. I am already prepared to switch provider as I'm paying $80 a month on the 55+ plan with 2 phones. I was promised 50 gbs data a month, each line before throttling back speed, however I'm only at about 5 gbs for the month and it seems they are already throttling my speed.

Bed a customer for 20 years. The reception in my home has gone down. Sprint sent out two airvaves and neither did any good. I am also a veteran and they just blow you off. So I was playing be changing carriers. Don’t deal with this company they could care less about you as a customer.

Barely a connection in this area. Dr.up Jones / robindale / warm springs and rainbow. You lose the signal. Verizon takes zero responsibility and just wants me to buy another phone. No. I’m even getting what I pay for. I work in the gig economy, driving around the city. Time to switch.

Customer service is horrible. Not smarter than a box of rocks. They treat a US veteran poorly also.

Recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, such a bad idea! I cannot ever connect to my home Wi-Fi but I pay good money for without being kicked off the Internet or having drop calls. I spend every day on the phone with technical support for them to somehow fix it and then it doesn’t work again, I can’t stand Verizon service in my area!

I have an old "3g AT&T Go Phone" for years and I have always had excellent service. No dropped calls and clear reception.

AT&T is pretty much non existent out here. Pretty disgusting for a city of 2 million and piss poor service from AT&T.

Never any reception at Smith's on Maryland Pkwy. and Sahara. Poor text message sending and receiving in Southridge estates area (Maryland Pkwy. to Eastern... Sahara to Charleston quadrant awful service on Sprint!)

It works for months and then there are drop offs 4g goes 1g if they take the trouble ticket it works again for months. When they cop out and say I am in a marginal area it sucks for months until they check their Towers. Poor service at time, good service sometimes.
