I get dropped calls everyday with sprint... Whether I am on st rose parkway, or by the southpoint casino, or just driving on the I-15. I have also had Cingular and they drop also, and I am not happy with verizons prices... Any advice, hows T-MOBILE..
Good to great reception at the LVCC (where I work), but weak in my small apartment located 1 block south. I have concrete side walls in my place, so that may be the culprit. Still, I've been very satisfied with my phone and T-Mobile's coverage. Used to work at the Monte Carlo and had a Samsung phone with Verizon service... Could not get any bars anywhere in the hotel!
You would think that being almost dead center of Las Vegas, I would have no problem getting a signal, but NO, in my home there is 1 some times 2 bars. The calls are usually dropped and when trying to call out I get stuck in limbo, not connecting or disconnecting. Even though I love my sidekick, I'm going to AT&T. No use having a great phone that doesn't work.
I get almost no reception at my house in the Paseos (Charleston west of the 215) with Verizon. My wife has Sprint (personal) and AT&T (work) and both work perfectly. Unfortunately, my phone is issued by work and I have no choice of carrier.
When we first moved to this newly developing area my phone had fine service but my husband's did not. Now that we have AT&T neither one of us gets more than one bar in the house. If we go outside we can use our phones but what a pain in the butt! I wish I knew if anyone else was any better...
I cant believe how bad VERIZON is in these parts. Nearing the tram at the airport, dropped. Into AZ, dropped, into CA, dropped! Not Pleased. Can you hear me now?? NO, but my friends with T-Mobile work!
Wow, after service with Verizon and getting absolutely no reception in my house inside or outside I switched to ATT, great coverage, always a signal and best of all no dropped calls!
I love T-Mobile. I never drop calls and the only place I ever have trouble getting service is at the Suncoast Casino. I think they must have some kind of Cell Call block in the place.
