I have been a Sprint customer for years. The only thing they are consistent with is dropping my calls and having their "network busy" constantly near my home. One minute I can have 4 bars (very rarely do I ever have 5) and 5 seconds later I will have none, call lost, while not moving. Then I play the waiting-game to see when the signal bars come back so I can re-connect my call.

I moved to the area about 5 months ago, and have had no problems with reception with my 2 year old V600. It ranges from 2-4 bars out of 5 all the time, and that's indoors. We'll see how my next phone (Treo 650) does.

Missed calls, dropped calls. Reception is OK when it stays connected. Typically one or two bars of service. Cannot connect on one bar.

Generally I get 4 bars on my phone in my house. I can't complain. I've used T-Mobile for atleast the last 5 years so I can't compare to others carriers. Yes, there are dropped calls here and there, but mostly when I make calls out of state connecting to other carriers on the east coast. Also, I wonder if the phone model and battery life contribute as much to the dropped calls or poor connection?
