Missed calls, dropped calls. Reception is OK when it stays connected. Typically one or two bars of service. Cannot connect on one bar.

This is one of the few problematic areas I've had with T-Mobile. The rest of the country is great.

dismal reception in house, dismal reception in driveway, little to no reception in yard. have to leave house and go min 1 block in any direction to get 3 bar signal. sometimes phone doesn't ring at all, if it does ring EVERY call is dropped within 30 seconds. EVERY call, EVERY time. prior to getting dropped every other word cuts out. I have a Motorola Razr, My wife's Nokia is only a little better (Cingular) Ever since the AT&T merger service sucks. My friend lives around the corner, he has Verizon and also gets dropped when driving past my house. is there a service provider that doesn't suck?

I have no reception at my house. It sucks to have to go outside to receive a phone call. I also drop way more calls than I used to with T-Mobile. Oh yea... Their customer service is terrible!

I just got the new "Blade" phone from Sprint, and when I get home, the phone is useless. Some days, I'll get minimal reception, other days I'll get no reception at all. It may depend on the wind or weather (possibly-- I'm no tower genius), but they need new towers out here. Like I said, my phone is useless to its capabilities, especially when that's the reason I bought though phone...

Ok so in my house some days just great then other days no reception at all. None, zero, zip. I get messages hours even days later even though my phone was on the entire time. I had Sprint for years in Washington State and had pretty good service overall even in rural areas, then come to a BIG city and expect better service, but no way. All smoke and mirrors. Traveling around the city not bad most of the time except near high power lines or around mountians or out at the lake or driving from here to CA or here to AZ or here to... ..get the message? I then called and have spoken with customer service who keeps blaming my phone, but then tells me if I bring it in they will check it with the computer to re-program and should be ok after that. NOT! SCAM.

Poor reception overall. I probably get 1 bar on average at home and perhaps 2 with roaming. Calls are dropped all the time at home.

I live in a nearby apt complex, and I cannot get more than 2 bars when on the property (other phone models displayed similar problems, so it's not the phone model). Once I am out on the street the reception is 5 bars, but the loss of reception at home is extremely frustrating. However, if I am able to find a truly dead zone in the apt I can get the AT&T network which offers full bar coverage, but no way to force the phone to use that network. I drive all over the valley, and when on the road there are very few places where signal will cut out or drop a call; usually out in the boonies so it's not unexpected. One other factor is if you are trying to use a phone in a supermarket parking lot. For some reason there is an increbible amount of interference (very similar to what I find at home) so pulling out of the parking lot is a must to ensure good reception.

Some parts of town are clean but I drop 4 or 5 calls a day in the south west. The tech at Sprint told me both towers in my area are maxed and there is no plan for a new tower in the area. I think the only way to fix the problem is to have massive consumer input.

I have been in Las Vegas for two years now and AT&T wireless sucks in every way!!!
Customer service is non-assistant here and they can care less.
Dropped calls are a regular occurrence. If you call AT&T, they will just tell you that it is not them, it is your phone. I am now one my third model of a different phone and the problem still exist.
I am now looking for another carrier. The only problem here in Las Vegas is, if you go to away from town to say Red Rock, or some where in the desert, you will need analog.
Most carriers seem to be going “all digital” and that just will not fly here!
